It's trending everywhere. The unmistakable, futuristic, rainbow-meets-metallic signature sheen of holographic designs! From makeup to wedding decòr, we've been blown away by the amount of requests for holographic gift designs this year. While we would go to the ends of the earth for our personal color palette of gold, green, and pink; we're certainly smitten with this hypnotizing hue. With several holographic-themed projects now under our belt, we're sharing our top three and more are in the works so, who knows, maybe we'll add some more to this post down the line and keep it going!

Corporate Event Gifts for Google Beauty

Google came to us with the goal of creating extra-special event gift bags that mirrored the theme of their "Beauty Redefined" event. The event design already included many iridescent elements, so we proposed some adorable holographic tote bags filled with all kinds of wellness goodies and beauty products from a ton of different brands to bring the event's aesthetic full circle! For the gift contents themselves, our goal was to include items that made sense for their event (entertaining beauty influencers) while also not shying away from color.  We included a range of colorfully packaged cosmetic, wellness, and beauty items like Batiste dry shampooSpring & Vine shampoo bar, Benefit bronzer (a beauty cult favorite), Clearasil exfoliating face wash, Makeup Forever makeup, and so many more! We finished them off with shimmery metallic luggage tags with the event logo etched right in for a final modern touch. No ribbon!

Employee Appreciation Gifts for M&G Holiday Helpers

As you might have known, the holiday season is our version of the Super Bowl around here and we wouldn't be able to do it without our seasonal helpers! To show our appreciation, we decided to create self-care inspired gift boxes that would help them destress after our busy season. Planned and executed in secret, we included some of our favorite self-care inspired items like some Barefoot Dreams cozy socks, a gift card to our favorite local nail salon, and a M&G branded candle. We then filled our holographic boxes with metallic fill (metallic sheen and holographics are a match made in gifting heaven!) and added a neutral ribbon to tie the entire design together. To say our seasonal workers were surprised was an understatement! They loved the colorful touches of this holographic gift box and not to mention, how well the self-care contents came together perfectly!

Welcome Gifts for Modern DC Wedding

When we asked our bride for her wedding color palette, and she replied with: "holographic/deep iridescent vibrant tones with black and white minimalism" you know that the holographic trend is having a moment that likely isn't going anywhere. In this case, our D.C.-based bride wanted her wedding welcome gifts to embody her love of luxe dining, bold design, and Washington, D.C.. So, we dreamed up a one-of-a-kind holographic gift box filled with locally made goods including herb roasted spiced nuts, custom black silver foil matchbooks, a mini black mini amenity kit, an amber and vanilla DC soy candle, a silver foil cake pop from Buttercream Bakeshop, a set of champagne flutes, and Freixenet champagne tucked inside. To tie in her love of black and white minimalism, we included some chic black bunny tails, luxe black silk ribbon, and a matching "pop fizz clink" gift tag to tie the entire concept together! A huge thanks to Silk & Slate for including us in this amazing project!

We hope you loved learning more about this gift design trend that's on the rise! We've fallen in love with the look of these holographic gift designs, and don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.
