Virginia-Themed Corporate Event Gift Boxes for Phi Air Medical at Salamander Resort

FILED IN: Client & Corporate Gifts

Recently, a corporate client came to us with two main requirements for this corporate gift box project for an event at Salamander Resort and Spa. The first? The gifts must be Virginia-themed since most all attendees would be flying in from out of town for the conference taking place in Middleburg, Virginia. Secondly, the gifts must include a local keepsake in addition to edibles.

Perhaps you'll remember from previous posts where we discuss what to include in your welcome gifts, most all custom gifts that we design feature a salty snack and a sweet treat as a good foundation for the gift. In this case, we opted for Virginia peanuts as well as a custom cookie in the shape of a helicopter (mirroring the client Phi Air Medical's fleet of black and yellow helicopters!) And of course, can't forget the water! It's another staple item.

Now for the local keepsake! We opted for leather koozies with the Virginia silhouette. These were not only slightly masculine but also on-theme. We knew they were perfect for this custom gift design project the moment we laid our eyes on them!

As with most corporate event swag, we like to include marketing collateral so when guests check in they immediately have an idea of their agenda for the duration of their stay. For this project, we positioned the booklets on top of all of the gift contents so they'd be seen as soon as the boxes were opened.

To pull everything in the gift design together for a cohesive look, we chose kraft gift boxes and finished them off with logo gift tags and black satin ribbon.

These corporate welcome gifts had simple packaging but a few special pieces really took them to a whole new level. What do you think? Let us know in the comments or reach out via our contact page.
